Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless the goods are faulty in which case you have within the advised warranty period to lodge a claim.

Faulty Goods

If your goods are faulty and within warranty we will replace them with the exact or closest available product (if exact model is not available we will contact you). If your goods are no longer under warranty we may be able to repair them - this is judged on a case by case basis. Costs may be incurred for out of warranty repairs which are payable by the end user.

Change of Mind

To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return of goods due to a change of mind is assessed on a case by case basis. If return is accepted please note you are liable for any costs associated with return of the item.
Goods must be returned in resaleable condition (eg. all packaging intact and undamaged, no writing on boxes, unassembled and unused). 
If goods are not in a resaleable condition we may choose not to refund the goods or impose a 30% restocking fee.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as tabletops and used anti-fatigue mats.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. If return is due to a change of mind or goods not suitable you must return the item within 14 days of your purchase to be eligible for a full refund.
 
1. Please contact us to request a refund at sales@ausergo.com.au and we will assign you an RA number.
2. If your return is accepted, if the goods were deemed to be faulty we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package or arrange collection directly. If the return is for a change of mind address, you are liable for the cost of return shipping.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
