The Microdesk Document Holder is an angled reading and writing platform that sits between your monitor and keyboard. It’s strong acrylic construction makes it both sturdy and transparent. 

Using an in-line document holder makes working with papers at your computer a breeze. But the Microdesk is not just a document holder, it’s also used as a writing platform. Simply pull the document holder towards you over your keyboard when you need to write, then slide it back when you need to type. This provides easy access to both the writing slope and the keyboard.

These simple concepts make this document holder a must-have desk accessory for those working with papers at the computer for long hours.

Your paperwork is stopped from sliding off with a simple plastic ledge. There are two ledge sizes included. The reading ledge is thick to support books or binders. The writing ledge is thinner so as not to put pressure on your wrist while writing. Swap the ledges out as needed throughout the course of your workday.

 

Four screw in adjustable feet allow you to change the angle and height of the writing slope.

Assembly & Use

Microdesk Setup

1. Screw in the adjustable feet
2. Add the reading or writing ledge into the groove at the bottom of the writing slope
3. Place writing slope over the rear of your keyboard. Align edge with the function keys beneath it. 
4. Position your mouse to the side of the keyboard as normal
5. Adjust the height so you can use the function keys easily, and still write with your forearm resting on the inline document holder.
6. Ensure you keep your back in contact with your chair back as you work. This helps to release back and neck tension.
7. When you need to write, simply pull the Microdesk toward you over the keyboard. When you need to type, slide it back out of the way.
